Salary Range: $74000 - $113000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Wyoming seeking Manufacturing Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

Develop implement and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
Design procure and qualify tooling fixtures and equipment.
Lead new product introduction (NPI) activities ensuring manufacturability.
Analyze production data to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation including work instructions and SOPs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges and reduce costs.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Mechanical Industrial or related Engineering field.
3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and manufacturing process design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including root cause analysis and statistical process control (SPC).
Solid understanding of various manufacturing processes tooling and fixture design.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Experience with automation and robotics integration
Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g. Python R Power BI SQL)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience
Multilingual capabilities especially Spanish or Mandarin
