The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Paw Paw that are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians. Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
Conduct corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
Install calibrate and upgrade new production machinery and equipment.
Adhere to all safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and parts inventory.
Identify and implement solutions for continuous improvement of equipment reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

Strong understanding of industrial electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex machinery malfunctions.
Previous experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing or production environment.
Vocational training or an Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance Mechatronics or a related technical field.
Experience executing and documenting preventive maintenance procedures.
Ability to read and interpret electrical mechanical and pneumatic schematics.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Proficiency in welding (MIG TIG Stick) or fabrication.
HVAC/R certification or significant troubleshooting experience.
Advanced PLC programming or modification experience (e.g. Allen-Bradley Siemens).
