Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic system malfunctions.
Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize production downtime.
Install calibrate and test new equipment and machinery according to specifications.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities repairs and parts inventory.
Adhere strictly to all safety regulations lockout/tagout procedures and company policies.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement equipment improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for diagnostics and minor programming adjustments.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals blueprints schematics and ladder logic.
Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Minimum of 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

Proficiency with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) troubleshooting and basic programming.
Experience with welding and fabrication (e.g. MIG TIG stick).
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
HVAC and/or refrigeration system maintenance experience.
