The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections on production machinery and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
Install test and commission new manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Conduct diagnostic tests and utilize schematics diagrams and manuals to resolve equipment malfunctions.
Document all maintenance activities repairs and parts used accurately in the CMMS.
Adhere to all safety regulations including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and proper use of PPE.
Identify and order necessary spare parts and components to maintain adequate inventory levels.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills including PLCs motors and control systems.
Proficiency in hydraulics pneumatics and industrial machinery repair.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals.
Understanding of safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in welding and fabrication.
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Certifications in specific technical areas (e.g. hydraulics pneumatics robotics).
