Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production machinery and facilities.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
Install commission and modify new manufacturing equipment and systems.
Read and interpret schematics blueprints and technical manuals for repairs and installations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities parts used and equipment status.
Adhere strictly to all safety regulations including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing PLCs and industrial control systems
Experience with hydraulic pneumatic and motor control systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals
Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in welding (MIG TIG Stick) and basic fabrication.
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
HVAC system maintenance and repair experience.
Robotics or automation system troubleshooting experience.
