Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Colonial Heights VA.
This role is designed for certified RBTs who value ethical ABA practices strong BCBA support and a professional collaborative clinical environment. We focus on quality care sustainable caseloads and meaningful outcomes for children and families.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Collect and document session data accurately
Support communication social and daily living skill development
Follow behavior support and safety plans
Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
Participate in supervision training and team collaboration
Compensation
Hourly pay: $22$27 per hour (experience-dependent)
Employment Type
Full-time or part-time
Full-time is considered working 30 hours per week consistently
Requirements
Required
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
High school diploma or higher
Professional dependable and compassionate work style
Ability to follow clinical direction from a BCBA
Ability to pass required background checks
Preferred
Experience working with children with autism or developmental needs
