Key Responsibilities

Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Execute timely repairs of production equipment to minimize downtime.
Install calibrate and test new manufacturing equipment and systems.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures.
Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills including hydraulics and pneumatics.
Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals blueprints and schematics.
Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for diagnostics and basic programming.
Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
Welding and fabrication skills.
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
HVAC maintenance and repair experience.
