Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Lead train and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
Oversee all reactive maintenance activities to minimize production downtime.
Manage the maintenance budget including spare parts inventory and external services.
Ensure all maintenance operations comply with safety health and environmental regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Utilize and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise in developing implementing and managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs (PM/PdM).
Strong technical proficiency with industrial automation electrical systems mechanical repair hydraulics and pneumatics common in manufacturing.
Proven ability to lead mentor and develop a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
Experience managing maintenance budgets spare parts inventory and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices related to industrial maintenance operations.

Bonus Qualifications

Advanced proficiency with a major Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) like SAP PM Maximo or Infor EAM.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience managing capital projects.
Experience implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or other advanced asset performance strategies.
Working knowledge of industrial automation PLCs and SCADA systems.
