The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Lead train and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
Manage the maintenance budget spare parts inventory and procurement processes.
Ensure optimal operational efficiency and reliability of all manufacturing equipment.
Oversee compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements for maintenance activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime.
Coordinate with production management to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruption.

Recommended Qualifications

Extensive experience (5-7 years) in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical proficiency in CMMS predictive/preventive maintenance and industrial equipment.
Proven leadership and team management skills including budgeting and project oversight.
Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement and root cause analysis methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field; CMRP certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) certification.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
Experience implementing predictive maintenance technologies (e.g. vibration analysis thermography).
Proficiency with advanced CMMS/EAM platforms (e.g. SAP PM Maximo).
Demonstrated experience managing capital equipment installation and upgrade projects.
