Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Lead train and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
- Manage the maintenance budget spare parts inventory and procurement processes.
- Ensure optimal operational efficiency and reliability of all manufacturing equipment.
- Oversee compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements for maintenance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with production management to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruption.
Recommended Qualifications
- Extensive experience (5-7 years) in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical proficiency in CMMS predictive/preventive maintenance and industrial equipment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills including budgeting and project oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field; CMRP certification preferred.
Bonus Qualifications
- CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) certification.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
- Experience implementing predictive maintenance technologies (e.g. vibration analysis thermography).
- Proficiency with advanced CMMS/EAM platforms (e.g. SAP PM Maximo).
- Demonstrated experience managing capital equipment installation and upgrade projects.
