Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to optimize equipment uptime and reliability.
Lead mentor and manage a team of maintenance technicians fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Manage maintenance budgets controlling costs related to parts labor and external services.
Ensure compliance with all safety health and environmental regulations during maintenance activities.
Oversee the procurement and management of spare parts inventory to ensure critical component availability.
Collaborate with production and engineering departments to schedule maintenance activities that minimize operational disruption.
Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Industrial) or a related technical field.
Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery automation and facility systems.
Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and data analysis for maintenance optimization.
Demonstrated leadership skills in managing developing and motivating maintenance teams.
Thorough understanding of industrial safety regulations (e.g. OSHA) and best practices.

Bonus Qualifications

CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or CRL (Certified Reliability Leader) certification.
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
Experience with advanced CMMS implementation or optimization projects.
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g. IoT predictive analytics automation).
