Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Lead train and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
Manage the maintenance budget including spare parts inventory and procurement.
Ensure timely and effective repair of equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
Oversee compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards for maintenance activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical knowledge across mechanical electrical and automation systems.
Demonstrated leadership skills in managing maintenance teams budgets and schedules.
Proficiency with CMMS and experience developing preventative/predictive maintenance programs.
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. TPM Lean).

Bonus Qualifications

Experience optimizing and administering Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Certification or proven experience in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Demonstrated experience managing capital improvement projects or significant equipment upgrades.
Proficiency in PLC programming and advanced industrial automation troubleshooting.
Experience developing and implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies.
