Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
Lead mentor and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers fostering a culture of safety efficiency and continuous improvement.
Manage the maintenance budget spare parts inventory and procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and availability of critical components.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations environmental standards and quality management systems within maintenance operations.
Utilize and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work order management asset tracking and performance analysis.
Collaborate with production management to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to manufacturing operations and maximize equipment uptime.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes equipment reliability and operational efficiency through data analysis and root cause identification.

Recommended Qualifications

5 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise in mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems including PLC troubleshooting.
Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order management and data analysis.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) programs.
Strong leadership communication and budgetary management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) designation.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Experience with advanced CMMS administration or implementation.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Proficiency in PLC programming or industrial automation systems.
