Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure systems and operational technology (OT) in a manufacturing environment.
Ensure high availability and reliability of production systems networks and data.
Develop implement and enforce robust cybersecurity measures for IT and OT assets.
Oversee IT service delivery user support and helpdesk operations for all departments.
Manage IT vendor relationships contracts and procurement processes.
Lead IT strategic planning budgeting and project implementation aligned with business goals.
Drive IT initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency automation and data analytics.

Recommended Qualifications

Direct experience managing IT infrastructure and operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proficiency with manufacturing-specific IT systems including ERP (e.g. SAP Oracle) MES and SCADA.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and OT/IT convergence in an industrial setting.
Proven ability to develop IT strategies lead complex projects and manage cross-functional teams.
Experience in IT budget management vendor relations and contract negotiation.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with Operational Technology (OT) and IT/OT convergence.
Familiarity with manufacturing-specific software (e.g. MES SCADA PLM).
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g. IoT AI/ML in manufacturing).
Understanding of supply chain management systems (WMS SCM) in a manufacturing context.
