Salary Range: $58000 - $85000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard production staff skilled trades and administrative roles managing the full hiring lifecycle.
- Manage employee relations including grievance resolution disciplinary actions and fostering a positive plant culture.
- Ensure HR compliance with federal and state labor laws company policies and manufacturing-specific regulations (e.g. OSHA).
- Administer performance management processes including reviews development plans and corrective actions for plant personnel.
- Coordinate and track mandatory safety training and other compliance-related training programs for the workforce.
- Process payroll inputs manage benefits administration and oversee leave of absence requests for manufacturing employees.
- Support workplace safety initiatives and manage workers' compensation claims in collaboration with operations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment and retention for a diverse industrial workforce.
- Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws including OSHA compliance.
- Proficiency in employee relations conflict resolution and performance management.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and HR data management.
Bonus Qualifications
- Multilingual proficiency (e.g. Spanish)
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
- Experience supporting a unionized workforce
- Active involvement in workplace safety initiatives or OSHA compliance programs
