Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with operations teams to understand drivers of financial performance and identify process improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in financial modeling forecasting and variance analysis.
Experience with cost accounting principles and practices in a manufacturing environment.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) for financial data analysis.
Ability to interpret operational data and translate it into actionable financial insights.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes inventory management and their financial implications.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle.
Advanced understanding of cost accounting principles specific to manufacturing environments (e.g. standard costing variance analysis).
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) for presenting complex financial and operational data.
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
