Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects from conception to successful delivery within a manufacturing setting.
Expertise in applying Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes.
Solid understanding of manufacturing operations quality systems and relevant industry standards.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g. automation IoT AI/ML)
Advanced degree (e.g. MBA M.S. in Engineering Management)
