Key Responsibilities

Lead mentor and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
Oversee the planning design and implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment.

Manage engineering project portfolios ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g. Mechanical Electrical Industrial Manufacturing).
5 years of progressive leadership experience managing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment.
Deep understanding and practical application of manufacturing processes lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects from conception to completion ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing effective solutions for manufacturing challenges.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g. IoT AI advanced robotics)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Master's degree in a related field (e.g. Operations Management Business Administration)
