Salary Range: $80000 - $125000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop implement and maintain EHS management systems policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and local EHS regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments hazard analyses and EHS audits to identify and mitigate risks.
- Lead incident investigations root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for all employees.
- Monitor EHS performance metrics analyze data and report findings to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety culture and environmental performance.
Recommended Qualifications
- 5 years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Engineering or a related scientific/technical field.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA EPA and other federal state and local EHS regulations pertinent to manufacturing operations.
- Professional certification such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist) or CHMM (Certified Hazardous Materials Manager).
- Demonstrated experience developing implementing and managing EHS management systems (e.g. ISO 14001 ISO 45001).
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with EHS management software systems (e.g. Intelex Gensuite Sphera).
- Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodology certification.
- Fluency in a second language relevant to the workforce (e.g. Spanish).
- Experience managing EHS in a multi-site or global manufacturing environment.
