Salary Range: $78000 - $123000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop implement and maintain comprehensive EHS programs and policies.
• Ensure site compliance with all federal state and local EHS regulations (OSHA EPA etc.).
• Conduct detailed risk assessments job hazard analyses and incident investigations.
• Manage hazardous waste chemical safety and environmental compliance programs.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs to all levels of employees.
• Lead emergency preparedness and response planning for the facility.
• Perform regular EHS audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Engineering or a related scientific/engineering field.
• 5 years of progressive EHS experience within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA EPA and other federal state and local EHS regulations.
• Proven experience developing implementing and managing EHS management systems and programs.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct risk assessments incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Strong leadership communication and training delivery skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with EHS management software (e.g. Intelex Cority Sphera)
• Experience with sustainability initiatives and ESG reporting
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g. Spanish) to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce
