Salary Range: $80000 - $125000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop implement and manage comprehensive EHS programs and policies.
• Ensure site compliance with all federal state and local EHS regulations.
• Conduct EHS risk assessments inspections and incident investigations.
• Manage and deliver EHS training programs for all employees.
• Oversee hazardous waste management air emissions and water discharge permits.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance and reduce environmental impact.
• Maintain accurate EHS records documentation and prepare regulatory reports.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Science Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5 years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA EPA and other federal state and local EHS regulations.
• Proven experience developing implementing and managing EHS programs and management systems (e.g. ISO 14001 ISO 45001).
• Professional EHS certifications (e.g. CSP CIH CHMM) highly preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with OSHA VPP (Voluntary Protection Programs) or similar high-level safety culture initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency in EHS management software implementation and optimization.
• Multilingual capabilities particularly Spanish.
• Experience developing and implementing sustainability programs or ESG initiatives.
