Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on manufacturing costs including labor material and overhead.
• Develop maintain and update standard costs for all products and components.
• Perform detailed variance analysis between actual and standard costs providing explanations and insights.
• Manage and reconcile inventory accounts ensuring accurate valuation and control.
• Prepare and present comprehensive cost reports and profitability analyses to management.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide accurate cost forecasts.
• Identify and recommend cost reduction initiatives and process improvements within manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
• 3-5 years of cost accounting experience preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong understanding of standard costing variance analysis and inventory valuation
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization projects.
• Certification or practical experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Exposure to supply chain finance and inventory optimization strategies.
• Project management experience related to cost reduction initiatives.
