Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement PLC and HMI/SCADA programs for automated manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex control system issues including electrical software and network problems.
• Integrate new control systems and equipment with existing manufacturing infrastructure.
• Specify design and create electrical schematics and control panel layouts.
• Lead the commissioning and startup of new machinery and production lines.
• Optimize existing control systems for improved efficiency reliability and safety.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for control systems and programming.

Recommended Qualifications

• Expertise in programming troubleshooting and optimizing PLCs (e.g. Rockwell Siemens).
• Proficiency in HMI/SCADA system design development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g. Ethernet/IP Profinet Modbus TCP/IP).
• Experience with industrial robotics motion control or machine vision systems.
• Ability to read interpret and create electrical schematics and control panel layouts.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA/MES systems integration.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g. Python C#) for data analysis or custom tool development.
• Familiarity with industrial robotics programming and troubleshooting (e.g. Fanuc KUKA ABB).
• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence).
