Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement industrial control systems (PLC HMI SCADA).
• Program and troubleshoot automation equipment including robotics and vision systems.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency quality and reliability through control system enhancements.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel for controls-related issues.
• Ensure all control systems comply with safety standards regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Lead or participate in capital projects related to automation and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics control documentation and software backups.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g. Rockwell Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems automation principles and robotics.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex electrical mechanical and software issues in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g. Ethernet/IP Profinet) and data acquisition.
• Ability to design implement and commission automation projects from concept to completion.

Bonus Qualifications

• Robotics programming and integration experience (e.g. Fanuc ABB KUKA)
• Proficiency with SQL databases for data logging retrieval and analysis
• Experience with industrial vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence)
• Familiarity with MES/ERP system integration concepts
• High-level programming skills (e.g. Python C#) for custom applications or data processing
