Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement control systems for manufacturing processes including PLCs HMIs and SCADA.
• Program configure and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and other automation devices.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical automation and control system issues on production lines.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics control system documentation and P&IDs.
• Lead the commissioning startup and validation of new equipment and process lines.
• Optimize existing control systems for improved efficiency reliability and safety.
• Ensure all control system designs and implementations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs (e.g. Allen-Bradley Siemens Rockwell Studio 5000).
• Proficiency in designing and implementing HMI/SCADA systems (e.g. FactoryTalk View Wonderware Ignition).
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g. EtherNet/IP PROFINET Modbus TCP/IP).
• Demonstrated ability to commission new equipment optimize processes and provide advanced troubleshooting.
• Experience with robotics servo systems and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
• Ability to read interpret and develop electrical schematics and control panel layouts.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g. FANUC KUKA ABB).
• Proficiency in database management and SQL for data acquisition and MES integration.
• Familiarity with industrial vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence).
• Experience with high-level programming languages (e.g. Python C#) for data analysis or custom applications.
