Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement control systems for manufacturing processes.
• Program and configure PLCs HMIs SCADA systems and industrial robots.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical automation and control system failures.
• Develop and execute control system validation testing and commissioning protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and optimize process control.
• Maintain and improve existing control systems ensuring reliability and performance.
• Ensure all control systems comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g. Rockwell Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems including robotics motion control and vision systems.
• Experience with industrial networking protocols (e.g. Ethernet/IP Profinet Modbus TCP/IP).
• Ability to read interpret and create electrical schematics and P&IDs.
• Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex automation and electro-mechanical systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Automation Engineering or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g. Fanuc ABB KUKA).
• Proficiency in vision systems setup and programming (e.g. Cognex Keyence).
• Familiarity with MES/ERP integration concepts and data exchange.
• Basic database skills (e.g. SQL) for data logging reporting and analysis.
