Key Responsibilities

• Design program and troubleshoot PLC and HMI/SCADA systems for manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and implement new control system architectures and automation solutions.
• Provide expert technical support for existing control systems diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
• Optimize manufacturing processes through automation improvements and control system enhancements.
• Integrate and commission new machinery and robotic systems into production lines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards by designing and implementing robust safety control systems.
• Create and maintain detailed electrical schematics control documentation and system specifications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Expertise in programming and troubleshooting Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) PLCs HMIs and VFDs.
• Proficiency in designing implementing and maintaining industrial control networks (e.g. EtherNet/IP Profinet).
• Strong ability to read interpret and create electrical schematics and panel layouts using CAD software.
• Experience with industrial robotics (e.g. FANUC KUKA ABB) and their integration into automated systems.
• Demonstrated experience in PID loop tuning sensor integration and process instrumentation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics (e.g. Fanuc KUKA ABB) or machine vision systems (e.g. Cognex Keyence).
• Proficiency with SQL databases data historians (e.g. OSI Pi) or data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
• Programming skills in Python or C# for custom applications data acquisition or system integration.
• Familiarity with industrial network design configuration and cybersecurity principles.
