Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects and events (e.g. Kaizen Lean Six Sigma) across manufacturing operations.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies waste and bottlenecks using data-driven methodologies to propose solutions.
• Develop implement and sustain continuous improvement strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide training coaching and mentorship to employees on Lean principles tools and problem-solving techniques.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress measure the impact of improvements and report results.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement engagement and ownership throughout the manufacturing facility.
• Ensure the standardization and documentation of improved processes to sustain gains and prevent backsliding.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies (e.g. Green Belt or Black Belt certification).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and build a continuous improvement mindset across all levels of an organization.
• Expertise in data analysis statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis tools.
• Proven project management skills with a track record of successfully implementing process improvements from conception to sustainment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced data analytics tools (e.g. Python R Power BI simulation software).
• Certification or deep experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
• Formal certification in Change Management (e.g. Prosci) or proven expertise in leading organizational change initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive financial models and business cases for improvement projects.
