Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies.
• Identify analyze and prioritize process improvement opportunities across manufacturing operations.
• Facilitate Kaizen events workshops and problem-solving sessions to drive operational excellence.
• Develop deliver and champion continuous improvement training programs for all levels of employees.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the impact and sustainability of improvements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement throughout the organization.
• Coach and mentor teams in the application of continuous improvement tools and principles.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Lean methodologies Kaizen and value stream mapping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication training and change management capabilities.

Bonus Qualifications

• Master Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical software (e.g. Minitab JMP) or simulation tools
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience implementing Industry 4.0 principles automation or advanced analytics in a manufacturing context
