Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies.
- Identify analyze and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency quality and cost reduction.
- Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles.
- Mentor and coach employees at all levels in problem-solving techniques and CI methodologies.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across manufacturing operations.
- Standardize best practices and implement visual management systems for sustained gains.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and projects within a manufacturing environment.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis statistical tools and problem-solving methodologies (e.g. Root Cause Analysis 8D).
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects drive cultural change and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes production systems and operational excellence principles.
Bonus Qualifications
- Master Black Belt certification
- Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g. Minitab JMP) or data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau)
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts IoT or automation integration in manufacturing processes
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
