Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) across manufacturing operations.
• Identify analyze and prioritize process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and sustainment of improvement projects.
• Train coach and mentor employees at all levels on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams in problem-solving activities using structured approaches (e.g. DMAIC PDCA).
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization promoting employee engagement and ownership.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of CI projects aligned with strategic business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5 years of continuous improvement experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of leading and implementing successful CI initiatives with measurable results.
• Strong proficiency in Lean tools and methodologies (e.g. VSM Kaizen 5S SMED Root Cause Analysis).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related technical field.
• Excellent project management change management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced data analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI Tableau) or statistical programming languages (e.g. Python R).
• Certification or significant experience with Theory of Constraints (TOC) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Demonstrated success in integrating Industry 4.0 concepts (e.g. IoT AI automation) into continuous improvement strategies.
• Formal certification in Change Management (e.g. Prosci).
