Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to support and lead key components of a major corporate strategy program for a diversified group. The role involves strategic assessment benchmarking developing vision/mission designing KPIs creating strategy maps building initiative portfolios and supporting governance frameworks.
This position requires strong analytical skills excellent communication abilities and hands-on experience in strategy development for family businesses multi-sector organizations or diversified groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Support current-state assessments across portfolio operations and financials
- Conduct benchmarking competitive analysis SWOT inputs and market insights
- Assist in developing Vision Mission strategic themes and strategic objectives
- Support KPI development: definitions formulas targets and KPI sheets
- Prepare dashboards reports initiative cards and strategy documentation
- Coordinate workshops meetings and data collection from subsidiaries
- Prepare presentations and contribute to the final strategy report and appendices
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Industrial Engineering Economics or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
