Mō te tūnga About the role
We are seeking an experienced Transport Dispatcher / Planner to join their busy operation based in Mt Wellington. You will be coordinating transport schedules managing driver allocations and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining strong communication across the team and customers.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

Proven experience in transport dispatching or planning.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident using transport management systems (TMS) and scheduling software
Ability to problem solve make decisions under pressure and adapt to frequent schedule changes.
Excellent communication with drivers customers and internal teams
Knowledge of Auckland and wider NZ road network
Comfortable prioritising multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Mōu About you

Experience in transport dispatch fleet planning or logistics coordination
Ability to work independently follow processes and meet deadlines
Strong focus on efficiency accuracy and customer service
Reliable self-motivated and resilient with a positive attitude
Comfortable working in a team environment and liaising with drivers
Flexible and resilient able to adjust to dynamic daily schedules
