Responsibilities: To oversee the planning implementation and improvement of the Training & Development and CCK Academy Program; to work closely with Operations HR and all relevant departments to ensure training and course program align with company needs; to monitor training and academy activities schedules and progress to ensure smooth execution; to review and enhance training modules learning materials and evaluation methods used by the training and academy teams; to ensure the training and CCK Academy meets quality standards compliance requirements and operational objectives; and to prepare reports and updates for management on program outcome and improvement.
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Management Education or related field.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in training learning & development retail operations or related field. Salary RM8K and above depending on the qualification and experience.
- Strong leadership planning and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
- Good command of English Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- TTT (Train-the Trainer) certification is an added advantage.
