JLL Hotels & Hospitalityチームのメンバーとして財務モデリングの実施マーケティング資料の準備事業開発イニシアチブの支援提案書類の作成支援を行っていただきます

We are currently seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join our growing Hotels & Hospitality platform with a primary focus on hotel and resort investment sales projects in Japan. The role will be based in Tokyo and will report directly to our Vice President of Hotel Investment Sales Japan.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate highly motivated about adding value and delivering superior results to the team. As a member of JLLs Hotels & Hospitality team you will support the team in conducting financial modelling preparing marketing materials supporting business development initiatives and assisting with pitch documents.

• 事業開発クライアント委託業務社内外部報告のための新規既存データの新たな活用方法の特定

• ホテルリサーチデータベースおよび社内CRMシステムの維持管理責任

• 各プロジェクトのライフサイクル全体を通じたInvestment Sales委託業務の管理要件支援

• アジア全域におけるホテルホスピタリティ投資機会の引受モデリング

• クライアント提案書投資マーケティング資料デューデリジェンス書類を含むマーケティング資料作成の支援

• Undertaking primary research and data collection
• Identifying new ways to exploit new and existing data for business development client mandates and internal/external reporting
• Responsibility for maintaining hotel research databases and internal CRM systems
• Supporting the administration requirements of investment sales mandates throughout the life cycle of each project
• Underwriting and modelling direct hotel and hospitality investment opportunities across Asia
• Assisting in the production of marketing materials including clients pitches investment marketing materials and due diligence documents

• ビジネスホスピタリティ金融不動産等の関連分野における学士号

• 分析および金融コースでの優秀な成績を含む実証された学業成績
• 優れた批判的思考スキル
• 優秀なレポート作成スキルと細部への注意力
• 優秀なプレゼンテーションコミュニケーション対人スキル
• 日本語および第二言語英語優遇の習熟
• Microsoft OfficeWordExcelPowerPointの習熟
• 出張への対応意欲

• Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline such as business hospitality finance and/or real estate;

• Proven academic track record with strong performance in analytical and financial courses Strong critical thinking skills;

• Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail essential;

• Excellent presentation communication and interpersonal skills;

• Proficiency in Japanese and a second language (English preferred);

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint);

• Must be willing to travel in the region.
