Social Care Worker

Ireland On-site Full Relocation Required

Support children adolescents or adults in residential care by providing structure stability and encouragement. Youll be part of a multidisciplinary team working toward meaningful progress and improved wellbeing for each service user.

Responsibilities

Implement personalised care plans and structured routines
Provide emotional support and promote independence
Assist with activities education and therapeutic programmes
Maintain documentation and safeguarding guidelines
Collaborate closely with senior staff and clinical teams

Requirements (Strict)

EU or UK Passport holder OR valid Irish work permit
Bachelors degree in Social Care
Valid Drivers Licence
Strong communication skills and resilience
Full commitment to relocating to Ireland
