A main dealer in Bexhill is looking for a Vehicle Technician to join a workshop that genuinely delivers: great kit a solid flow of work a team that knows what theyre doing and a management style that lets technicians get on with the job without drama.

Its a place with energy momentum and the kind of atmosphere where people enjoy their day and earn properly doing it.

Responsibilities

Servicing repairs and maintenance
Diagnostic work appropriate to skill level
Supporting workshop flow and quality
MOT testing for those licensed

Requirements

Background as a service repair or diagnostic technician
MOT licence a bonus not essential
Reliable motivated and confident in a busy environment
Minimum qualified to a level 2

Salary and Benefits

Basic salary:
Bonus: Efficiency-based averaging 400700 per month
Average earning achieved:
Hours: MonFri 8.15am5.15pm. Saturdays: 1-in-3 8.15am12.15pm (paid at 1.5x)
Extra overtime available if wanted
