Buscamos un Analista para el equipo de Capital Markets.

Responsabilidades:

Apoyarás en la gestión de los procesos de compra-venta de los inmuebles más destacados del mercado de oficinas de Madrid.
Desarrollarás análisis de edificios de oficinas ubicados en los puntos más destacados de la ciudad.
Tendrás la oportunidad de dar soporte a clientes institucionales globales así como grandes inversores nacionales.
Colaborarás en proyectos del equipo contribuyendo a la consistencia y calidad del trabajo entregado.

Se parece a ti Para aplicar necesitas

Tienes un título en Administración de Empresas Ingeniería Arquitectura Derecho o Economía

Aportas un alto nivel de español e inglés

Tienes conocimiento del mercado institucional nacional e internacional de inversión de activos terciarios

Tienes amplio conocimiento del mercado de oficinas

Aportas conocimiento del uso y manejo de modelos financieros básicos

Tienes capacidad de trabajo en EQUIPO perfil analítico y FINANCIERO con aptitud COMERCIAL
