Job Summary
Innovation consultant hybrid position located in Madrid to become part of the team long-term. Competitive salary range depending on candidate experience and training (fixed wage bonus).
- EXPERIENCE LEVEL: junior (recent graduates welcome).
- AREA THIS POSITION BELONGS TO: proposal writing and project management.
- MANDATORY: C2 English & Spanish level. Scientific university degree at masters level (agricultural engineering environmental sciences biology etc.). Recent graduates welcome.

We are looking for an energetic young professional with a scientific/technical background in agricultural engineering or related areas to become part of our team long-term. A well-organised flexible person focused on results a proactive team player with a healthy competitive drive.
Tasks
Innovation consultants support both proposal writing and project management areas. Project proposals usually include technical benchmarking of a proposed solution elaboration of market studies and business plans development of work plans etc. Project management activities cover similar areas and delve into project implementation. Both areas are always supervised by senior colleagues.
Requirements
MANDATORY SKILLS
- English & Spanish C2 level (proficiency) is MANDATORY both oral and written. Refrain from applying if you do not fulfil this requirement!
- Technical Scientific University degree at masters level: Agricultural engineering or related.
- Talented writing skills both in English and Spanish!
BONUS POINTS
- Experience or education in EU project proposal writing (H2020 Horizon Europe BBI-JU. CBE-JU). Relevant training or education will also be considered.
- Other languages.
- International experience: professional or during education/training.
- Driving license.
