Job Title: Medical Surgical RN Stepdown Experience Required
Location: Multiple Locations
Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $50$60/hour

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will have strong Med/Surg Stroke and Stepdown experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Requirements:
At least 2 years in Med/Surg
Stroke & Stepdown care required
Prior travel required
EPIC EMR proficiency
Active RN license
BLS required; ACLS recommended
Strong critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:
Provide bedside support for Med/Surg and Stroke Stepdown units
Conduct neuro monitoring and respond to changes
Administer medications and follow physician orders
Collaborate with team members for coordinated care
Assist in urgent stroke-related interventions
Maintain EPIC chart accuracy
