Working in the Connectivity Growth Team

Wyres Connectivity Growth team is responsible for new business delivering new construction projects (both large and small) and providing Bespoke Fiber connections (also known as Dark Fiber) for both large telecom and infrastructure providers and other customers with fiber needs such as businesses cities and municipalities ports and more.

As a team we actively maintain various client relationships and use innovation to efficiently help our clients become more successful. We strive for sustainable collaboration and always strive for a win-win situation.

The Project Coordinator team

The project coordinator team within the Connectivity Growth organization is responsible for the onboarding of new Bespoke Fiber (or Dark Fiber) projects for different customers. They collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project can be executed in a timely manner and according to the expectations of the Wyre customers. As team leader of Project Coordinators you play a crucial role in allowing Wyres Bespoke Fiber customers to be successful.

Your responsibilities and qualifications as the Team Coach Project Coordinators

• People-oriented leadership:You will lead a team of talented project coordinators ensuring the organization and smooth operation of this team guaranteeing efficiency and supporting continuous improvement. With your proven experience leading teams in a technical environment you know how to foster a positive and productive work atmosphere. Coaching leading motivating and coordinating are your strengths. You inspire individual team members and collaboratively develop personal growth paths with them.
• Efficient stakeholder management and communication:You work closely together with internal and external stakeholders. To ensure the success of our projects the team translates incoming orders to understand project requirements timelines and deliverables. You will address any concerns or challenges they may face and provide guidance to enhance their performance. You will maintain a strong relationship with the internal/external ecosystem to ensure successful delivery. You listen to the voice of the customer and encourage your team to do the same.
• Innovation and technology:You have a strong interest in new technologies new ways of working and developments in the field of fiber and networking. Together with your colleagues you evaluate their impact on the way of working ensuring ongoing investment in the best network. You describe launch and follow up the further development needs for the together with the other stakeholders in the connectivity Growth team.

• Reporting and prioritization:You will play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding your team to success and making sure our projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. For this you maintain comprehensive reporting systems to track the team performance and project delivery progress. You prepare and present detailed reports to senior management highlighting key metrics achievements and areas for improvement. You ensure transparency and accuracy in all reporting activities providing clear insights into team activities and outcomes. You assess and prioritize tasks and projects based on their importance and impact on overall business goals.
