Due to an internal promotion were looking for a Womens Programme Facilitator to join our team.

As Womens Programme Facilitator you will co-facilitate group programmes undertake assessments and reviews and provide individual and whānau support as required. Youll take a holistic approach to the role and understand that at its core its about relationships. This will be your standout quality/skill.

Wed love it if you had a social worker qualification and ideally registration with a professional body. At a minimum you will need qualifications in some kind of human service (counselling). Youre supporting vulnerable people so you need to know what youre doing!

This role is permanent full-time 37.5 hours p/w Monday-Friday. Hours are 9am 5pm. Afterhours sessions on as needed basis.

Please note: This role involves working with tamariki and is classified as a core childrens worker role under the Childrens Act 2014. The successful applicant will need to complete the required safety checks before starting

Applications will be reviewed as theyre received. With both the RYHR and TMFS office closed over the holiday period onsite interviews are expected to take place in the new year.
