Purpose: Responsible for leading and shaping the Key Account Management function for the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Business Taiwan. You will lead a team of experienced Key Account Managers to deliver best-in-class access for our innovative medicine portfolio in the largest accounts while ensuring overall price control and building critical external relationships.
You will also play a key role in informing building and executing strategic access related projects in partnership with other critical functions to support an optimal access environment.
In your role you will be responsible for proactive stakeholder management both internally and externally requiring strong communication negotiation and project management skills. As a leader you will empower and enable your team members and live our Credo values while maintaining a strong culture of compliance.
