The Opportunity

In your role as Go-to-market manager you will have a real ownership and significant impact on Tendiums ability to scale in the DACH region from day one. You will be at the forefront of Tendiums effort to establish ourselves in the DACH region. Your goal is to position our solutions in the market drive new business and build relationships. Your work will directly contribute to shaping Tendiums products services and overall strategy.

What Youll Do

  • Actively acquire new customers and pilots through cold calling appointment scheduling product presentations and closing deals taking full end-to-end ownership.

  • Represent Tendium at trade fairs conferences and industry events serving as an ambassador for our mission and solutions.

  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers industry experts partners and key decision-makers across the public procurement sphere.

  • Strategically plan and implement sales & marketing initiatives to effectively penetrate the German market.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing product management and customer success teams to incorporate market feedback and continuously enhance the customer experience and guide product priorities.

  • Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to track leads and ensure transparent and organised sales management that stakeholders can follow.

  • Work in close collaboration with leadership to further develop the sales strategy and prioritize target segments.

  • Stay up to date on trends in public procurement AI and SaaS especially in the German speaking markets.

What You Bring

  • You have at least a few years of experience from similar roles or roles in B2B sales or product management ideally from a B2B SaaS company.

  • Natively German speaking and fluent in English.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate a complex technical product for a diverse audience adapting your communication style accordingly.

  • Strong business acumen: You know about the most important SaaS-metrics and why they matter and what role you will play in driving towards Tendiums goals for these metrics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Hands on experience with bid management and selling to the public sector or public procurement in general.

  • Good knowledge of the public procurement system in DACH & Europe.

  • A completed degree in business administration or comparable education.


Location

This role is offered on a hybrid or fully remote basis.

We are open to hiring someone working from Germany or Austria. If so we will require you to visit the Stockholm HQ from time to time. The role will involve some travel as part of the work regardless of being based in Sweden or Germany.
