As a Customer Support Agent youll be the primary point of contact for our Nordic customers ensuring they get the full value of our solutions. From technical challenges to taxation questions youll keep customers supported satisfied and engagedalways going the extra mile.
What were looking for:
- Fluent in Swedish (required)
- Knowledge of Finnish (a big plus)
What Youll Be Doing:
- Handling incoming inquiries each day via phone chat and email
- Solving a wide range of cases across technical issues taxation privacy rules and system functionality
- Troubleshooting independently and escalating when needed
- Providing high-level service that makes customers stay and succeed
- Helping customers get started with ABAX solutions and guiding them toward long-term value
- Recording customer interactions and accurately maintaining our internal systems
- Identifying and passing along leads based on customer needs and potential value
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Demonstrates previous experience in a customer service role
- Are technically curious solution-oriented and eager to learn how systems and products work
- Communicate clearly and stay calm under pressure
