Who are we looking for

Were looking for a UI Designer with strong visual skills and a solid understanding of design systems UI kits and scalable interface patterns to join our 13-member Design team.
You will work closely with UX designers Product Managers and Developers to design and hand-over clean consistent and intuitive user interfaces.

The ideal candidate combines design precision with systems thinking ensuring every screen component and state contributes to a cohesive usable and beautiful product experience.

Responsibilities

UI Design & System Management

• Build and maintain the scalable component libraries and design system which aligns with the brand requirements while ensuring consistency scalability and reusability.

• Ensure usability accessibility information hierarchy edge-state coverage and responsive behavior across platforms.

• Translate UX wireframes and flows into intuitive user interfaces which guide expected user behaviour through pixel-perfect UI designs in Figma.

• Support smooth developer handoff with spec documentation and component guidelines.

Product Collaboration

• Work closely with UX designers Product Managers and Engineers through concept to delivery.

• Participate in design critiques and iteration cycles.

• Assist in defining UI patterns layout standards spacing rules and component behavior.

Quality Execution

• Conduct visual Q&A to ensure pixel accuracy and design-system adherence.

• Stay updated with best-in-class UI trends product patterns and library improvements.

• Explore UI-focused motion and micro-interaction concepts to enhance usability.

Required Qualification

• 14 years of professional experience in UI / Digital Product / Interface Design.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Design or related fields (preferred).

• Strong design portfolio showcasing clean interfaces component structure and systems-based design thinking.
  
  

Must Have Skills

• Strong fundamentals in typography spacing iconographyUI hierarchy alignment and layout systems.

• Expertise in Figma.

• Good understanding of component-based design systems and style guides.

• Experience in designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.

• Basic understanding of UX practices user flows and accessibility.

Good to Have Skills

• Familiarity with motion/micro-interaction concepts (Lottie Figma smart-animate etc.).

• Experience with fintech or large-scale system interfaces.

• Understanding of prototyping and developer handoff best practices.
