Compensation: $26$29 per hour (depending on experience)

We are currently seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join one of our construction partners on a project located in Richmond (Spire Road). This role involves operating a Link-Belt excavator and supporting general site excavation activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable operator looking for steady work with a reputable team.
Key Details
- Site Location: Spire Road Richmond
- Start Time: 7:00 AM
- Compensation: $26$29 per hour (depending on experience)
- Scope of Work: Operating and driving a Link-Belt excavator completing excavation tasks and following all site safety requirements
General Duties
- Safely operate a Link-Belt excavator for various excavation tasks
- Perform trenching grading backfilling and material handling as required
- Conduct pre-operational checks and ensure machinery is maintained in good working condition
- Follow all onsite safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other crew members
- Support additional site tasks as needed
Requirements
- Valid Excavator Operator Licence / Certification
- Previous experience operating excavators in a construction environment
- Strong understanding of site safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from the site
- Must be legally permitted to work in Canada
Compensation
- Hourly Pay: $26$29/hour based on experience
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM start
- Overtime opportunities may be available depending on site needs
