Job Summary

Responsible for managing and driving sales and service operations for all Radiology Products within the East zone. This role focuses on ensuring exceptional customer service optimizing local business operations and achieving profitability through strategic pricing and strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualification/education

Postgraduate degree in Management; Engineering background preferred. A Science degree with relevant life science experience is also acceptable.

Experience

Significant experience in specialty and capital equipment sales is required.

Skills

Proven ability to manage sales and service operations for a specific geographic zone.
Strong understanding of pricing strategies and their impact on profitability.
Excellent relationship-building skills with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) hospital partners and biomedical teams.
Experience in developing and managing a robust distribution network.
Proficiency in developing and implementing sales plans and strategies.
Experience in coordinating with various internal departments (e.g. supply chain marketing service).
People management and mentoring skills.
Analytical thinking and leadership capabilities.
