Job Summary
As an Infrastructure Engineer you will assist in defining requirements designing and building data center technology components and testing efforts. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the infrastructure meets the necessary specifications and standards. You will engage in problem-solving activities contribute to design discussions and support the implementation of technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM.- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and frameworks.- Experience with incident problem and change management.- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages.- Ability to analyze and optimize IT service delivery. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM.- This position is based at our Chennai office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
