2. Handling CHA Partners

CFS Charges DO charges Co-ordination with customs on goods clearance.

3. Customs & Regulatory Knowledge

Duty structure Incoterms (CIF DTA FOB CIP EXW) Duty drawback.

Food/chemical related regulatory queries like

ADC clearance.

Code classification

approval and NOC from customs officers

4. Freight & Shipment Execution

Coordination with forwarders freight negotiation sailing schedules tracking cut-off adherence stringent TAT solving issues if vessel layover

5. Systems & Data Handling

ERP/SAP/WMS Excel shipment trackers MIS reports

6. Warehouse & Inventory Control

GRN dispatch FIFO/FEFO cycle counts storage & safety compliance Bin allocation End to End Warehouse Management as per F&F standards.
