Job Summary

As an Application Support Engineer you will act as software detectives providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems analyzing system performance and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with different teams to gather insights and feedback which will help in enhancing system functionality and user experience. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the software systems that drive the organization forward. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
